$35.00 Resonant Body Workshop
Featuring a live sound art installation by Dave Stein and somatic practice by Mimi Le 500HR RYT. This experiential journey bridges individual participation with collective resonance through an immersive sound installation exploring coherence in mind, body, and spirit. Moving beyond the analytical mind and into the felt-sense of your living body, this workshop invites you to explore the intersection of sound art, somatic movement, and embodied stillness. Through targeted sound frequencies and cellular vibration, we will activate the chakras, awaken deep physical awareness, and rest in the bliss and vast spaces between sound and silence.
What We Explore
- Somatic Chakra Activation: Map and trace your body's energetic pathways, letting Dave Stein’s custom soundscapes and Mimi’s somatic guidance reveal where energy, tension, and resonance live in your tissues.
- Collective Resonance: Bridge individual presence with a shared environment, moving through the illusion of separation into a unified, vibrating field that culminates in the collective sound of OM.
- Nervous System Adaptation: Meet your body's capacity for change using specific frequencies, sound textures, and slow, intentional pacing to safely soothe, expand, and regulate your nervous system.
- Rewiring Attention: Use the quiet, transitional spaces between movement, sound art, and embodied stillness to meet old patterns, ground your awareness, and welcome a new sensory perception.
Your Participation
- Wear clothes that allow you to comfortably explore gentle movement, as well as stillness in various resting postures
- No shoes during the practice in the studio space
